SHIPPING

We ship to ALL countries within the European Union and to the UK and Norway ( Includes all import duties and VAT ).

ALL ORDERS OVER €100 within the EU: 

• Free shipping within the EU. 

ALL ORDERS OVER £500 / 5000NOK to the UK and Norway: 

• Free shipping to Norway.
• Free shipping to the UK. 

ALL ORDERS UNDER €100 within the EU:

• Austrian and Germany: A flat shipping rate of 10€ applies.
• Within the EU: A flat shipping rate of €15 applies.

ALL ORDERS UNDER €500 / £500 / 5000NOK to the UK and Norway:

• UK: A flat shipping rate of £50 applies on orders under £500. We cover import duties and VAT, so you won't have any further costs.
• Norway: A flat shipping rate of 500NOK applies on orders under £500. We cover import duties and VAT, so you won't have any further costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

Packraft delivery times are displayed on the product page: First choose the model of packraft, then the size, colour and configuration, you will then see the "Availability" with a delivery time displayed just above the "Add to cart" button.

The delivery times for all other items in the shop are displayed just above the "Add to cart" button. 

While we do our best to ship prior to these stated times occasionally there are delays beyond our control. If your order is delayed we will email you with updated shipping times.

We group ship orders. So if you order a PFD, paddle and a packraft your entire order will ship when your packraft ships.

TRACKING

We ship with DPD within the EU and UPS to the UK. Once we have your order ready to ship, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number.

PRICING

Our Alpacka Raft pricing is calculated to be equivalent to ordering directly from Alpacka USA*.

On the Packraft Europe website the price you pay is the final price. It includes all import duties, VAT payment and customs clearance.

If you order direct with Alpacka Raft USA or other retailers outside the EU (USA, Norway etc)  in addition to their price you will be charged import & custom fees, plus the VAT (up to 27%) of your country.

*We take the retail price from Alpacka Raft USA and then add shipping costs, exchange rate, import duties and VAT (Austrian VAT =20%). This gives us the equivalent to a European direct purchase price from Alpacka Raft USA.

PRICE MATCH

We always try to offer the best prices in Europe for all the packrafting gear in our store. If you find a better deal on an Alpacka, or any of the products we offer, simply contact us and we will do our best to match the price!

Be careful when ordering from shops outside the EU (USA, Norway, etc): you will be charged net prices and upon delivery you will have to pay between 20-30% more for import taxes and VAT.

At Packraft Europe the packraft prices you see are the final prices and already including ALL shipping, import costs and VAT !

RETURNS

You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from Packraft Europe within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write us an email to contact@packrafteurope.com to inform us about the return. You will then need to send the unused item/s back to us and pay the return shipping costs. As soon as we get the goods back, we will issue a refund, using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
