SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PRICING

SHIPPING:

We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Free shipping on packrafts and orders over €500*

A shipping charge of €15 applies on orders under €500*

*Only applies to shipping within the European Union.

DELIVERY TIMES:

With over 500 different configurations to choose from, buying an Alpacka Raft is truly a custom experience! We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Packrafts can be delivered as fast as 3 weeks, or take up to 7 weeks*
Custom colour and fabric packrafts take between 6 - 9 weeks to be delivered*.
All other items in our shop:
PFDs,
Paddles,
Backpacks,
Shelters,
Drysuits and
Accessories etc will generally be delivered within 1 - 3 weeks*.

*Exact delivery time depends on your location, the model/configuration/colour of your packraft and the month the order is placed. Peak season is from April to July.

Note: We group ship orders. So if you order a PFD, paddle and a packraft your entire order will ship when your packraft ships.

Will I get my packraft faster if I order it directly from Alpacka USA ?

No. As official Alpacka Raft distributors we have access to Alpacka's stock inventory for distributors and we can get most models shipped faster than if you order directly with Alpacka.

Packraft Europe also has a specific customs account and a streamlined import and customs clearance process. This means we get your order to you quicker and you avoid any potential delays and extra costs with customs.

TRACKING:

Once we have your order ready to ship, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number.

PRICING:

Our Alpacka Raft / Hyperlite Mountain Gear pricing is calculated to be the same as ordering directly from Alpacka USA or HMG USA*.

On the Packraft Europe website the price you pay is the final price.

If you order direct with Alpacka Raft USA / HMG USA in addition to their price you will be charged import & custom fees, plus the VAT of your country.

*We take the retail price from Alpacka Raft USA / HMG USA and then add shipping costs, import duties and VAT (Austrian VAT =20%). This gives us the equivalent to a European direct purchase price from Alpacka Raft USA and HMG USA.
