  • You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from Packraft Europe within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write us an email to info@packrafteurope.com to inform us about the return.
  • You will then need to send the unused item/s back to us and pay the return shipping costs.
  • As soon as we get the goods back, we will issue a refund, using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
