Due to high demand and prolonged production times, Alpacka's Custom Lab program is currently on hold for dealers. Currently you can only place custom lab orders directly with Alpacka USA.

You can however customize a standard packraft through our official Alpacka repair and retrofit centre. Click here to see options!

 

Welcome to Alpacka Raft’s Custom Lab! The Custom Lab allows you to build a unique Alpacka Raft for your specific color and/or build option needs. Design your dream Alpacka Raft with Alpackas wide range of fabrics, colors, build configurations, and add-ons.  

Build a Classic with better whitewater performance by adding a backband and thigh straps. Or make a super tough side-country Wolverine with 420d Nylon and no Cargo Fly. Or design your dream adventure boat with a Multi-Color Expedition. Alpacka Raft cut and hand build each custom packraft to order in their USA factory.

If you are new to packrafting, we recommend purchasing one of Alpacka's standard options as they have been designed and tested for optimal performance for most users. To build the boat of your dreams, read & Download Custom Lab Guide and follow the steps below!

 

How To Order:

  1. Choose your model below and click on the packraft model to download the Custom Worksheet.
  2. Use the Custom Worksheet to build your Dream Packraft.
  3. Email your completed Custom Worksheet to info@packrafteurope.com
  4. Our expert team will email you an invoice for payment. The build process begins when your order is paid. 
  5. Start planning adventures. Custom Lab packrafts are built in small batches and delivery times vary, it may take up to 10-16 weeks from payment to shipment.

Once your order has been paid, we do not accept any modifications, returns, or exchanges.
